Mosley High School stand out and Co-founder of Dugout Sports Training, Kevin played professionally for 19 years. 11 different MLB organizations, Taiwan, Mexico, Venezuela and Dominican Republic. He pitched in the majors with Detroit in 2000 and 2001 then in 2003 with the Red Sox. Kevin has always had a passion and felt a personal responsibility to give back to the game that has given him so much. He has given lessons for over 20 years now and has also assistant coached several different times. Currently he is the pitching coach for Gulf Coast State College.

Adam was drafted in 2004 by the Kansas City Royals out of Mount Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio. After leaving the Royals in 2007 he went on to play independent baseball compiling 10 years of professional baseball. During that time he played in many places including the prestigious Atlantic League, Northern League, American Association, and the ABL and Victorian Baseball Leagues in Australia. The past 5 years he has played in the IBL in Ontario, Canada, and has won 4 championships.
Adam has been an All-Star, Team MVP, League MVP, Playoff MVP, Pitching Title holder, and Batting Title holder. Other awards include 2-time All-American, Archie Griffin Sportsmanship Award, and AMC Conference Pitcher of the Year.
Athletes have the options of one-on-one baseball and personal training as well as team and small group, speed and agility, and strength training.
Adam is a CPT/HFTS (Certified Personal Trianer/Home Fitness Training Specialist) with focus on group training. CPR/AED/FIRST AID certified.
Clete attended Mosley High Shchool before enrolling into Auburn University. After 3 years at AU Clete was selected in the 6th round of the MLB draft to the Detroit Tigers.
After 3 years in the minors Clete was called up to the big leagues. He has big league time with both the Detroit Tigers and the Minnesota Twins. Total, Clete has 10 years of professional experience, bringing a wonderful set of experience and skill to the Dugout and the Florida Grind.
